Mailtalk is a collaborative solution based on email and web technologies. It enables you to create, build and manage your own opt-in mailing list for discussions, delivering newsletters, making announcements and distributing promotional messages.
When you set up your group, you have the choice if name which will form part of your group's email address. Your group will automatically (unless you specify otherwise) have an online group homepage which is fully customisable by yourself or by our helpline. Each homepage displays previous conversations.
We have excellent customer service which can be contacted via email or phone. The helpline is staffed from Monday to Friday during office hours - 9am - 5pm and is automated outside of these times to receive enquiries which will be dealt with upon our return.
