Calendaring tool to be released on Tuesday 13th July - 06/7/2010

Mailtalk is pleased to announce that we will be releasing our new calendaring tool onto the Mailtalk service on Tuesday 13th July. We estimate that the service will be down for around an hour between 8am - 9am.

Try our new calendaring tool - 23/6/2010

Mailtalk would like to invite you to try our new calendaring tool which we are adding to our service soon. You can organise, add and share events with your colleagues even if they are not registered to use Mailtalk. Our calendaring invitations work on many different mail clients and can be accessed via any Mailtalk online group or remotely via CALDav.
Benefits include:

• Announcing events to your Mailtalk group.
• Keep track of your project and their milestones.
• Share events with people using many different mail clients.
• Schedule meetings with people not at your institution.
• A personal calendar you can access anywhere.
• Populate events from your own calendar.
• Display multiple calendars in one view.
